I. INTRODUCTION
Objectives of the conference:
– To exchange research results on land governance in the digital era and discuss cooperation in the future.
– To improve the capacity of technology application, state management, teaching, and scientific research on land management in Vietnam and the world.
The main topics of the conference:
– Land administration in the digital era;
– Sustainable management of land resources;
– Development and management of land databases;
– Land management and land fund utilization for socio-economic development;
– Exploiting financial resources from land, determining land prices;
– Urbanization and land use;
– Land use planning in the digital age: Opportunities and Challenges;
– Land Use and Climate Change;
– Application of Geodetic – Mapping technology in exploiting, using, and managing land resources;
– Application of Remote Sensing, GIS and AI in land use and management;
– Soil environmental pollution and treatment solutions;
– Real estate market: Legal support and double-digit growth expectations;
– Problems in land management under the two-level government model.
II. ARTICLE REQUIREMENTS
Manuscripts submitted for publication should focus on the Conference themes listed above. Only original scientific papers that have not been submitted or published in any other journal or publication will be considered. All information, references, and data presented in the manuscripts must be accurate, reliable, well-selected, and scientifically sound.
Accepted papers will be published in the following publications: Selected papers in the Journal of Soil Science; Selected papers in the Journal of Agriculture and Environment; The Conference Proceedings, published by Hue University Publishing House.

– August 30, 2026 – February 20, 2027: Submit paper title and abstract (in Vietnamese or English, no more than 250 words).
– February 20, 2027 – March 10, 2027: Send notification of abstract acceptance and send the full text via email to the Conference Organizing Committee.
– March 10, 2027 – May 30, 2027: Peer review and resubmission of the completed full text. Send out conference invitations.
– May 31, 2027 – June 10, 2027: Register for the conference. Finalize and print the Journal of Soil Science, Journal of Agriculture and Environment, and Conference Proceedings (Hue University Publishing House).
